  • Confirm your shipping address, select your payment method, and click
    'Complete Order'.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email with your order details and order ID. You'll receive another notification once your order is shipped.

Once an order is confirmed and accepted, you cannot add more products to it. You will need to place a fresh order for any additional items.

Yes, absolutely. All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Your money is safe with us.

There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products — what you see is what you pay.

If the COD option is not showing, it is because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or get the products delivered to an alternate address where COD is available.

In case of a payment failure, please retry and keep the following in mind:

  • Confirm that your information is correct — account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking) — and that your internet connection was not disrupted.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders, once shipped, are typically delivered in 3–7 business days in metros and 5–7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery times may vary based on shipping address, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

You will receive a tracking number in your inbox as soon as your order ships. Orders can be tracked in real-time via the Track Order link.

Log in to your account, click the icon to the right of the cart (top right), and go to Orders to view your current order status and order history. You will also receive updates via SMS and email at each stage.

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and return it to us, we will reship it within 2 days of arrival with a new airway bill number and share the shipping details to your registered email.

No, currently we deliver products only within India.

Returns & Refunds

Items purchased from Cykotees are eligible for return/exchange if returned within 7 days of delivery.

We accept exchanges and returns free of cost — you won't be charged extra. It's on us!

Prepaid Orders: The full amount is refunded to your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.).
Cash On Delivery: A refund will be initiated to the bank account provided by you at the time of raising a return.

Once your return request is verified, reverse pickup will be initiated from our end, after which the refund/exchange will be processed.
If you received a defective product, send us images via our return centre. Once verified, the refund/exchange will be arranged.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pin code, we will ask you to self-ship/courier the product back to us.
Refunds/Exchanges are not applicable on highly discounted products.
A refund will be initiated once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, within 5–7 business days.

You can request a replacement or a refund of the amount paid at delivery. The ₹99 partial payment can be adjusted as store credit.

If an order placed during a sale is returned, only the amount you paid will be refunded — not the current product price.

Pack items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
All items must be in unused condition with original tags attached and packaging intact.
Courier the product(s) to: 283, Civil Line, Keta Talab, Unnao.
Ensure the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging.
Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the full amount + ₹100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account (prepaid), or as store credit/gift card (COD).

We must leave the tags intact in case the recipient faces any issues and wishes to return the product. It is not possible to detach invoices and tags.


Yes, your invoice will show the total order value, ₹99 paid, and the remaining balance due at delivery.
