Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer returns or refunds. Each order can be exchanged once, within 3 days of delivery, in case of a size or colour issue.
🔄 A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies on all exchanges.
When Can You Exchange?
You can request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong size
- You received the wrong colour
- Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Each order can be exchanged only once.
How It Works
- Raise a Request — Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID and the size/colour you need.
- Pay ₹99 Shipping Fee — A flat ₹99 shipping charge applies for the exchange.
- Reverse Pickup Scheduled — Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address.
- Quality Check — Once received, we verify the item is unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- New Product Shipped — Your exchange order is dispatched once the item clears inspection.
Important Rules
- Exchange must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Each order can be exchanged only once.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled.
- Original tags must be attached and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- We do not accept exchanges on heavily discounted or sale products.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of being worn, washed, or soiled.
